30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want every Jollyva order to bring a little joy. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

How to start a return

Email us at support@jollyva.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Item condition

To be eligible, items must be returned with all included parts (player, mini vinyl discs and charging cable) and, where possible, in the original packaging. Items that have been damaged through misuse are not eligible.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Return shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or wrong item), we cover return shipping. For all other returns, return shipping costs are paid by the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Free gifts

Free gift items included with bundle orders do not need to be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
