jollyva.co is operated by BLUENOVALABS LLC. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Jollyva.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping rates

Free tracked & insured shipping on all orders to the countries we ship to (currently 175 countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, EU countries, Australia and New Zealand). Available countries are shown at checkout; if your country is not listed, we can't ship there yet.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times depend on your destination and the carrier. An estimated delivery time is shown at checkout where available. Delays can occur during the peak holiday season, so we recommend ordering early for Christmas.

Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us at support@jollyva.com with your order number and we'll help.
